ph925 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Filipino Player

1. Acceptance of Terms

Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and the associated balances forfeited.

It is your responsibility to keep this information updated. ph925 will not be liable for any delays, errors, or losses resulting from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Account Security

Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a suspected compromise to ph925 support immediately.

Deposit Policy

Withdrawal Policy

All withdrawals are sent to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. ph925 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly the first withdrawal from a new account or where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than the player's usual activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

ph925 offers a 100% match welcome bonus on a player's first qualifying deposit, up to ₱10,000. The bonus is credited automatically after the qualifying deposit clears. The welcome bonus is available to new registered players only — one per player, one per household, one per device, and one per IP address.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds at ph925 are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30× the bonus amount. For example: a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash balance.

Game Contribution Rates

Not all ph925 games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are:

Bonus Expiry

Unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, all ph925 bonuses expire 30 days from the date they are credited to your account. Any unmet wagering requirements and remaining bonus balance are forfeited upon expiry. Real-money balance is never affected by bonus expiry.

Bonus Abuse

ph925 takes a firm approach to bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, systematic arbitrage using bonus funds, multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinated play designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension. ph925's determination of what constitutes abuse is final.

6. Betting Rules

Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game and betting market on ph925 has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed on the game interface before any bet is placed. ph925 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time. Players will be notified of significant limit changes through the platform.

Bet Confirmation

A bet is only confirmed once ph925's system has accepted and recorded it. In live betting and live casino environments, the round's betting period must still be open at the moment the bet is submitted. ph925 is not liable for bets that fail to confirm due to the player's internet connection issues, device problems, or submission after the betting window closes.

Errors and Disputes

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error (known as a "palpable error") affecting any bet, ph925 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake at its discretion. Players who suspect an error should contact support immediately, before the affected event concludes where possible.

Live Betting

Live betting odds on ph925 can change rapidly and without notice. ph925 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets without notice if circumstances warrant it — for example, a player injury in an ongoing sports match or a technical issue with a live dealer table.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph925 and may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen payment credentials, unauthorised bank accounts, or funds obtained through illegal means to deposit on ph925.
• Attempting to launder money or use ph925 for any financial fraud purpose.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

• Discovery that the account holder does not meet ph925's eligibility requirements.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, ph925 will preserve the account balance during the investigation period. If the investigation confirms a Terms violation, the balance may be subject to forfeiture. If no violation is confirmed, the balance is returned and the account restored or, if the player prefers, a final withdrawal is processed.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph925 support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's most recent deposit method after identity verification is completed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph925 platform — including but not limited to the ph925 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of ph925 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ph925 content without prior written consent from ph925. Unauthorised use of ph925 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph925's total liability to any player arising from or related to the use of ph925 services — regardless of the cause of action — is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph925 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use ph925, even if ph925 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph925 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform availability. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may affect access. ph925 will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance of scheduled maintenance.

11. Responsible Gaming

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts. ph925 makes no representation that the platform is lawful or available for use outside the Philippines, and access from other jurisdictions is at the user's own risk and responsibility.
